Responsibilities will include making bookings via telephone and in person, cash handling and reconciling monies and card transactions, dealing with general enquiries and processing memberships. The role is key to ensuring a first-class experience for our student, staff, alumni and public members. Excellent communication skills, together with a pro-active approach to creating great customer experiences are essential.

The post is offered on a permanent contract, with two different shift patterns available to choose from.

Pattern 1 (28.50 hours)

Week 1 – Mon 0630-1445, Weds 1430-2245, Thurs 1430-2245 and Fri 1430-2245.

Week 2 – Mon 1430-2245, Thurs 1430-2245 , Sat 0730-1500 and Sun 0730-1500. 

Pattern 2 (25.00 hours) 

Week 1 – Mon 1430-2245 , Thurs 0630-1445 and Sat 0730-1500.

Week 2 – Mon 0630-1445 , Thurs 0630-1445 , Sat 1445-2215 and Sun 1445-2215.
