About the role

This role is responsible for managing all administrative aspects of teaching and learning for designated programmes, including student enquiries, applications, inductions, module selections, assessments, and events. It ensures smooth processes, provides a high-quality service to students, staff, and alumni, and contributes to the development of the School of Management’s Teaching and Learning Support Team.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover role for 14 months, commencing on 1 November 2025.

This post is a job share for 3 days per week, Mondays – Wednesdays (21.9 hours per week). As this is a job-share role, both role holders need to ensure they establish and maintain effective communication at all times.

Salary – UCL Grade 7 £43,981 - £52,586 per annum pro rata (including London Allowance)

This post is funded until early January 2026 to cover maternity leave. Please be advised that he salary is pro rata as this is a part-time role.

About you

The ideal candidate will hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualifications or possess significant relevant experience in a similar role. They will have demonstrable experience in providing high-quality administrative support to enhance the student lifecycle from application through to graduation, ideally within higher or further education or a teaching and learning environment.

They will be familiar with student systems such as Student Information Systems, admissions platforms, and Virtual Learning Environments such as Moodle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, alongside strong digital skills, is essential for effectively supporting administrative and operational tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, with the ability to collaborate with and support a wide range of stakeholders in a professional and approachable manner.
