The role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Employer Engagement Officer to help us connect students with top employers through impactful and engaging events. In this dynamic role, you’ll work on planning and delivering a diverse range of employer activities, including our flagship Autumn Careers & Placements Fair, and work closely with colleagues across the university to support students in securing their dream graduate roles.
Building long-term relationships with employers is a key part of this role, helping to create meaningful opportunities that enhance our students’ employability throughout their time at university.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and confident engaging with people at all levels. You’ll thrive on planning and delivering impactful events, building strong relationships, and creating memorable experiences that matter.
You bring positive energy, attention to detail, and a real drive to make a difference, along with a genuine commitment to supporting student success every step of the way.
