Collaborative Provision Projects Officer

Richmond, The American International University in London, is seeking a Collaborative Provision Projects Officer to support the Collaborative Provision Projects Manager and Deputy Registrar: QA with the administration of collaborative provision (both international and UK-based). This role provides dedicated bilingual support to colleagues and partner institutions, helping ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Mandarin–English translation and related administrative support to partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
• Translate and proofread academic and institutional documents, including policies, programme specifications, course syllabi, and procedures.
• Translate Richmond feedback for partner institutions and provide live translation support during meetings.
• Support validations, institutional approvals, and monitoring activities.
• Maintain the institutional register of collaborative provision and associated agreements (e.g., MoUs, articulation agreements, and handbooks) for external audits.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Collaborative Provision Projects Manager or Deputy Registrar: QA.
• Promote and adhere to the University’s health and safety policies and procedures.
