The Role
We are recruiting to the role of Student Life Specialist to join our Nest Team. In this varied role, our Student Life Specialists will help to deliver an excellent enquiry management and support service for our students, resolving issues on the spot and signposting to other services for specialised technical support. Student Life Specialists are the first point of contact for all student queries, working across campus at our hub sites and online.
You’ll be proactive, engaging and no issue will be too large to too small for you to get to grips with. You’ll be the first person that our new students, students in a crisis, or students who need a helping hand meet. You’ll champion the interests of students and embody the values of working at Roehampton. The goal is to ensure that any student enquiry is resolved on the spot, and if not, that you will develop a clear plan of how a resolution will be reached with the student
The successful candidate will have skills and experience in customer service, teamwork, and problem solving.
