We are seeking to recruit an experienced administrator to provide support to the Department Manager in the day-to-day administration and operations of the Department of Infection Biology.
The role holder will arrange departmental meetings, provide administrative support for HR processes, manage travel arrangements, and provide assistance in financial transactions.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or have equivalent or relevant experience, have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work to tight and often conflicting deadlines. Further particulars are included in the job description.
The post is full-time 35 hours and permanent.
The salary will be on the LSHTM salary scale, Grade 3 in the range £30,231 - £33,925 per annum pro rata (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary “Wellbeing Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London at LSHTM (Keppel Street).
