Do you want to make a real impact in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and resilience of a world-class university community? Brunel University of London is seeking a highly motivated Health & Safety Officer to join our dynamic Health, Safety & Environment Team.
This is a key role in driving excellence across our diverse estate, from cutting-edge laboratories and workshops to teaching spaces, offices and student residences. You will provide professional advice, support and training to ensure compliance with UK health and safety law, including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, Management Regulations, RIDDOR, COSHH, PUWER/LOLER, and specialist standards such as asbestos and radiation control.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified safety professional, ideally with experience in higher education, research or other complex environments, who is committed to protecting people and enabling safe teaching, research and innovation.
