Background
The Department of Radiography, School of Health and Medical Sciences, is seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our team, working on our exploratory debrief project. We aim to formulate recommendations on content, format and delivery of an intervention based around the principles of debrief, which can be used to support the emotional wellbeing of radiography students during clinical placements.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Principal Investigators and wider team to collect and analyse research data through focus groups, a cross sectional national survey and by conducting individual interviews with research participants. You will analyse the data, and prepare the study findings for dissemination.
Person Specification
You will hold a Master’s degree in a radiography-related discipline and have clinical experience as a senior radiography professional. You will have sound knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and their application.
