What you would be doing:

At the heart of the Careers & Student Life team you will support first-class relationships with employers looking to hire Imperial Business School talent. You will provide an excellent customer experience to companies, as well as to our students and alumni through slick event logistics and responsive customer service. You will be at the heart of a small team, supporting the activities of Employer Relations Managers and taking the lead on and logistics for a number of high-profile events.

You will be responsible for administration of all Employer Relation team processes and procedures. You will ensure smooth operations across our employer engagement activities and delivery to students. You will help us continually improve, taking a lead on the impact measurement for the team and proactively suggesting ideas to streamline processes and improve results

What we are looking for:

You will have prior experience in running online and in-person events (consider a range from workshops for 60 people, up to full-day exhibitor events with breakout sessions for 1000+ attendees). You will have excellent communication skills, able to give confidence and visibility across your work, and communicate appropriately with corporate customers via email, phone and marketing channels. You will be excited by a varied role and able to deal with multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Experience of graduate recruitment, or a higher education Careers Service would be advantageous.

Please note, the postholder will be required to work flexibly to support events taking place outside office hours, particularly during autumn and spring term. This may include some evenings and possibly the occasional Saturday.
