What you'll do
We are pleased to be recruiting for 2 full time Development Workers to join our growing Youth Guarantee team, part of the wider college Wellbeing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate, motivated and not afraid to use their own initiative to drive this role. Key duties and responsibilities include:

You will be organised, a self-starter and ready for a challenge in this role. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, applying professionalism and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information. You will be able to work closely with learners, deliver, and design the King’s Trust programme to make sure that it is inclusive and promotes a positive learning environment for all.
