Job Synopsis
The Scheduling and Examinations Team within the Operations Department of the Academic Registry Division are responsible for production of the Class timetable, Examination Timetable and associated room bookings in Autumn and Spring semesters. The centralised scheduling service is available to all academic departments that wish to have their modules/programmes included in the timetable.
The Head of Scheduling and Examinations will lead the Scheduling and Examinations Team that is responsible for the creation of the academic timetable and examinations schedules for the University.
They will also be responsible for leading the management and administration of the end of semester examinations process in collaboration the Customer Service Team, who provide support to this process at specific periods within the academic cycle. The post holder will report to the Head of Operations and to the Director of Academic Registry.
