Are you highly organised? Know your canapés from your canopies? We are seeking an experienced Events Officer to fill a key position in our Development and Alumni Engagement (DAE) Events Team at the University of Oxford. The Events Officer will support the Events Team in delivering a variety of events to engage donors and alumni with the University of Oxford.
Location: Wellington Square, Oxford, OX2 9NX
Salary: £35,681 to £41,636 per annum, with a possible extension to £45,212 including an Oxford University Weighting of £1,730 per year (pro rata).
Contract: Fixed Term (to 31 October 2027), Part-time (0.6FTE - equivalent to 3 full days spread over 3–4 days per week)

The Events Officer will support and manage events, including major donor visits, both large and intimate dinners, and signing ceremonies. These events will highlight the importance and impact of philanthropy, as well as to steward and cultivate relationships with donors and alumni.
