The role
The CRM Officer is responsible for creating and implementing CRM communication plans, to aid the University in meeting its ambitious student recruitment targets. The postholder will provide advice on communicating with applicants and incoming students to key stakeholders across the University based on data, evaluation, and sector insights. They will play a key role in the continued development of the CRM team’s processes, applying creative problem solving.
What will you be doing?
Producing, reviewing and improving CRM communications plans, tailored to the needs of each audience and for University activities such as the admissions cycle and events.
Building complex data filters to identify audience segments and assigning them to relevant emails, ensuring accuracy at all times.
Monitoring and analysing results (eg. impact of A/B testing on click through rates) and providing regular reports to the CRM Manager and key stakeholders; working findings back into communication plans as part of a ‘develop and refine’ approach.
Receiving requests for new communications from across the University and recommending best approach for delivery, balancing and negotiating on the communication needs of individual stakeholders within the framework of existing CRM plan.

Work pattern: The working pattern for this role is hybrid. You will have the option to work from home on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
