Applications are invited for a Lecturer in Anatomy, Specific purpose Contract circa 4 years, 1FTE, Contract Type B at the University of Galway. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to our teaching mission in Anatomy.
We are seeking a candidate who can teach Anatomy (Gross Anatomy, Histology and or Human Embryology). Research Interests should ideally be aligned to existing research interests within the Discipline.
Candidates must hold a PhD in Anatomy, or related discipline, and possess relevant teaching and research experience. The post-holder must have experience in teaching Anatomy and have ideally taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. They should have an ability to motivate others and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary: €64,260 to €102,513 p.a (applicable to new entrants effective from January, 2011)
