Operations Director

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join the Senior Leadership Team at Aston University STEM Education Academy Trust ('AUSEAT') as Operations Director. 

The successful candidate will have day-to-day responsibility for the operations function of AUSEAT including Estates and IT, under the direction of an experienced Chief Executive Officer (‘CEO & Executive Principal’).

You'll be joining us at an exciting time; building on the previous success of AUEA, we have established AUSEAT, our new Multi Academy Trust, incorporating the AUEA UTC and Aston University Mathematics School. These changes bring the opportunity to establish new, innovative systems and processes, and you will be a key agent of this change. We have a small but committed Operations team, and we want you to support and develop them in their career.

Ideally, you'll be an experienced operator within a SAT/MAT or FE setting. You'll have a track record of delivering a top-quality service to students, staff and stakeholders. You’ll understand the importance of risk-based compliance. We are a values-led organisation and you'll need to demonstrate that you can live these values.
