The Opportunity:
The role offers opportunity to be part of a team delivering a successful REF submission, and the wider research performance team. You will lead the University’s REF preparations through to submission, and readiness for the audit period. Through matrix management and influencing key stakeholders across the University, you will work with multiple assessed elements of the REF submission across all three colleges. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, resilient and have good diplomacy skills.
You will be able to plan and prioritise work across the university effectively, while able to respond to fresh challenges as they develop. An ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
