About the role
As an Enquiries Coordinator you will be responding to enquiries from prospective students, applicants, staff members and external contacts across multiple channels including email, telephone and live chat. You will maintain information to ensure responses to enquiries are understood, up to date and accurate. Working as part of the UK recruitment team you will assist with the planning, scheduling and delivery of the University’s student recruitment activities and events, providing informed and positive face-to-face engagements.
About you
You will have a professional, approachable, and welcoming demeanour, supported by excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. You will be able to produce clear and engaging written and verbal communications appropriate for a range of audiences. You will maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and possess a good understanding of the UK Higher Education system. You will engage confidently and positively with prospective students, whether in person, in writing, or over the phone. Ideally, you will also have previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
