We’re looking for a Graduate Services Manager to lead one of the University’s most high-profile student experiences – graduation. You’ll play a central role with the Head of the team in planning and delivering our biannual ceremonies on campus, as well as those with our international partners, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for students and their families.
Alongside this, you’ll oversee graduate documentation (certificates, transcripts, references), manage systems and data to improve efficiency, and support digital transformation across our services.
The role also contributes to examinations during peak periods and deputises for the Head of Exams & Graduate Services when needed.
