The Academic Programmes Office (APO) is a large vibrant and dynamic professional service support team at IOE. The APO provides student and programme support for all accredited academic programmes, (undergraduate, post graduate and teacher training) as well as for all research student activity.
About the role
The DTP Placements and Training Administrator will assist the DTP Co-ordinator and DTP Manager in managing a wide range of activities and working closely with students, academic and professional service colleagues across IOE, UCL, and partner institutions.
This post is available until 31st October 2031 in the first instance.
About you
You will educated to GCSE (A-Level) standard or equivalent, or having acquired substantial relevant experience. You will also have experience of developing and managing placements and internships and developing the systems and processes to manage these.
Proven experience in a busy administrative role in higher education or an equivalent setting, preferably with postgraduate research students would be desirable.
