Join our Harassment and Violence Support Service as a Sexual Harassment and Violence Adviser. You will provide vital support to students across the collegiate University who have experienced sexual harassment, sexual violence or domestic abuse.
This is an integral role in a specialist team which involves delivering non-judgemental and impartial emotional and practical support and guidance in a trauma-informed manner, alongside providing policy guidance and explaining reporting options to students.
You will play an essential role in supporting staff through training, workshops, and consultations, and working with colleagues across the University, Colleges, external agencies, to ensure students feel safe, supported and empowered.

We are currently looking for a working pattern of 3 days on site and 2 days at home (based on a full-time pattern of working). Please feel free to discuss flexibility prior to applying or at interview if your application is successful.
