The School of Social and Political Sciences is seeking a broadly trained sociologist to appoint into a Lecturer in the Sociology of Social Justice and Inequalities (Learning, Teaching & Scholarship Track) role within the School of Social and Political Sciences.
The postholder will be based in the sociology subject area and will focus on learning, teaching, and teaching scholarship, particularly covering courses in the field of sociology of social justice and inequalities. The postholder will also actively engage in relationships with external stakeholders that advance knowledge exchange, public understanding and outreach.
This post is full time (35 hours per week) and fixed term for up to 24 months (with an anticipated start date of 1st September 2025).
