About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Admin & Goods-In Officer to join the Administration team of Oxford Thermofluids Institute, Department of Engineering Science, located at Southwell Building, Osney Mead, on a temporary basis.
You will be the main contact in the reception area of Southwell Laboratory. You will oversee the delivery of goods to the building and raise the requisitions for the Institute as well as maintain and improve the Goods In/Stores systems as needed. You will deal with custom-related queries and add goods to the asset register as necessary. You will also provide admin support for the staff and researchers at the Southwell Building, assisting with purchasing, timesheets, meeting arrangements and general queries.
About you
You should have a proven experience of managing administrative processes and reception or in customer care, with formal qualifications in BTEC ND, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and demonstrable work experience at a similar level.
