An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Research Manager to join the Research and Innovation Division (RIN) to support a group of schools by providing strategic and operational support across research and innovation activities.
You will provide advice and guidance to a range of academic and administrative staff and undertake projects on behalf of the Associate Director of Research Services and Pro-Vice Chancellor Research and Innovation. You will be responsible for the day to day running of a team, oversee the operational services on a day-to-day basis and coordinate and authorise, on behalf of the University, large and complex applications for funding.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or experience. You will have substantial recent experience of working in a similar or transferable role and the ability to plan and manage a diverse workload. You will be able to meet all the essential criteria as detailed in the candidate brochure.
This full-time post is available from 5 January 2026 on an indefinite basis.
