Join our dedicated team at the School of Health and Society as a Student Progression Advisor. You will play a vital role in empowering students to reach graduation and reach their goals. Working closely with academic and professional colleagues, you’ll be a key point of contact for students. Providing expert advice and signposting on academic regulations, personal welfare, and university procedures. With a focus on proactive engagement, you'll help identify and address challenges early, fostering a strong sense of belonging and well-being within our school community. You'll liaise with central services like Counselling and Wellbeing to ensure students receive tailored support, and work with colleagues to enhance retention efforts, monitor attendance, and track student progress. If you're passionate about supporting students, dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment, and eager to contribute to innovative student experience initiatives, we’d love to have you join our team!
