Sales Expertise – Demonstrable experience in hitting and exceeding revenue targets, ideally within fitness, leisure, or membership-based organisations.
Data-Led Approach – Comfortable using CRM systems, sales reports, and performance analytics to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and drive results.
Customer-Centric Mindset – A passion for building relationships, enhancing retention, and creating value for members.
Collaborative Leadership – Ability to inspire and mentor a team, while also working effectively with colleagues across marketing, operations, and student services.
