About You

Sales Expertise – Demonstrable experience in hitting and exceeding revenue targets, ideally within fitness, leisure, or membership-based organisations.

Data-Led Approach – Comfortable using CRM systems, sales reports, and performance analytics to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and drive results.

Customer-Centric Mindset – A passion for building relationships, enhancing retention, and creating value for members.

Collaborative Leadership – Ability to inspire and mentor a team, while also working effectively with colleagues across marketing, operations, and student services.

Strategic & Tactical Balance – Capable of developing clear long-term sales strategies, while also rolling up their sleeves to deliver day-to-day activity, from outreach events to member engagement campaigns.

Resilience & Adaptability – Thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing commercial ambition with the values and mission of a world-class university.
