About the role:
The Institute of Ismaili Studies (IIS) is seeking a motivated and visionary Secondary Teacher Mentor (Pre-service) to lead the design and implementation of a new mentorship strategy for the Secondary Teacher Education Programme (STEP).
Working closely with the STEP Programme Leader and the wider Education Department, the postholder will develop innovative mentorship frameworks, CPD workshops, and mentor training programmes that support STEP students during their practicum placements. The role will also collaborate with international partners and the in-service mentorship structure to ensure coherence and excellence across the full teacher development journey.
