Working in a fast paced, dynamic Finance team within a changeable environment, the post holder will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Financial business partnering team in a newly created role to provide support to the Director of Finance and Operations.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Alan Turing Institute, the UK's national institute for data science and artificial intelligence, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the financial operations of the Institute. Working alongside the Deputy Director of Finance and reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for supporting strategic financial decision-making, overseeing reporting financial, and ensuring the Institute's financial health and compliance.

The Alan Turing Institute is based at the British Library, in the heart of London’s Knowledge Quarter. We expect staff to come to our office at least 4 days per month. Some roles may require more days in the office; the hiring manager will be able to confirm this during the interview.
