The opportunity has arisen for a Level 4 Operations Manager to support the delivery of strategic and operational services in the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences. The role will be based in the school of Electronics and Computer Science (ECS) and will include the leadership and management of administrative staff, support School priorities and managing the provision of strategic support to the Head of School and senior colleagues. The position is part of the Faculty Operating Service (FOS) which works in partnership with the academic community, other professional services and the wider University community to support Faculties across the triple helix of education, research and enterprise.
The role reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager and is part of the FEPS Operations Manager group who work collaboratively as a team to support our Schools and Faculty.

As the leader of administrative services within the School and key business partner to the Head of School, this role requires a self-motivated and proactive individual to provide operational direction, oversight of School-specific projects and management of busy administrative workloads.
