Job description:
Are you an experienced timetabling professional who enjoys working collaboratively? We have an exciting opportunity to join us as Timetabling Manager in the IT Services department.
You will lead the timetabling of academic teaching space to reinforce an excellent student experience, whilst using your influencing and communication skills to enhance timetabling policy, processes and systems in line with the strategic aims whilst ensuring the implementation of a consistent, principles-led approach to the timetabling of academic teaching space.
You will be a key bridge between the timetabling team and the stakeholder community, ensuring the timetable meets the institutional needs. You will lead a high performing team, being flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment and be capable and willing to unblock issues and facilitate solutions to complex delivery challenges as and when they arise.
