About the role:
Applications are invited for a Research Associate position in the Department of Mathematics at Imperial College London, funded by the EPSRC grant '’Floer homology and monodromy.'’
What you would be doing:
The successful candidate will work closely with Dr Steven Sivek on some aspects of the EPSRC grant titled "Floer homology and monodromy."
This position is well-suited for candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Heegaard Floer homology, Dehn surgery, hyperbolic 3-manifolds, knot homology theories, and gauge theory.

The expected start date is 1 October 2026.
*Candidates who have not yet been officially awarded their PhD will be appointed as Research Assistant within the salary range, £43,863 - £47,223 per annum.
