LSE Generate Team supports students and alumni to build a socially responsible business, in the UK and beyond. We support LSE innovators at each stage of their entrepreneurial journey and provide infrastructure to build, develop and scale their ideas.
The Business Development Manager – Schools Programme provides strategic leadership and direction for the organisation’s national schools engagement and partnership agenda. This pivotal role is accountable for the growth, sustainability, delivery and impact of the Schools Programme, with a focus on income generation, strategic partnerships, project governance, managing junior members of the staff team and donor stewardship.
Reporting to the head of LSE Generate), the postholder will lead the development and execution of a long-term business growth strategy through expanding our network of partner schools, donors, and mentors. They will ensure that the Schools Programme remains financially sustainable, operationally excellent, and aligned with the organisation’s mission and strategic objectives.
