About the Role
The Programme Administrator will work in a job share, ensuring continuity of support for the Centre for Teaching and Learning's teaching development programmes. Responsibilities include participant communication, event coordination, admissions, assessment processes and record-keeping. You will collaborate with the Scheme lead, Programme Director, Office Manager, and team members, liaise with external bodies, contribute to reports and data monitoring, and assist the Centre’s activities. This role offers skill development opportunities in a supportive environment while contributing to educational excellence at Oxford University.
About You
We seek a proactive administrator passionate about programme support and student-staff collaboration. You’ll bring administrative experience, accuracy, efficiency, and a strong service focus. Confident with Microsoft Office and data handling, you enjoy learning new systems and using initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills, building effective relationships across the University. Comfortable managing a busy workload, you meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
