This is an exciting new role within the newly formed Registry team! We are looking for an organised and empathetic Student Support and Welfare Manager to lead and manage the NIoT’s processes for all aspects of student support, including disability, counselling, mental health and wellbeing.

The support and welfare function at the NIoT plays a crucial role in the mission of the NIoT by delivering services to support our trainee’s and participants wellbeing throughout the whole of their programme.
About the role
Your role will be to lead and manage the NIoT’s processes for all aspects of student support, including disability, counselling, mental health and wellbeing. You’ll ensure that in all aspects of support and welfare, the NIoT is delivering a service which is high quality and supports our trainees and participants to achieve their full potential. As the main point of contact for Faculties and NIoT staff in relation to student support, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the NIoT to ensure that processes and procedures support the delivery of an exceptional student experience.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum expectation of one day per week on campus, but there may be occasions when further on-campus presence is required, to meet the needs of the service or to attend team events.
