The Role
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next role delivering comprehensive administrative support with the Education team? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment where you can use your communication, organisation, and planning skills to manage a diverse workload?
The Faculty of Science, Agriculture and Engineering is seeking an exceptionally experienced, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join the School of Engineering's Professional Services team. This is an exciting role with responsibility for supporting the successful delivery of an excellent student and colleague experience.
As part of the Education Team, the post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the School's taught programmes. Your duties will span the full student lifecycle from registration, assessment and progression to graduation. You will also be responsible for coordinating key academic committees and processes.
You will be creative, have a keen eye for detail, and look to identify and implement improvements wherever possible. Working with a variety of stakeholders, you will demonstrate initiative, efficiency and attention to detail and a willingness to be flexible to support the wider team. A positive ‘can do' attitude and a flexible and helpful approach is essential.
