Arts University Plymouth is seeking a committed Lecturer to join our postgraduate teaching team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a creative academic professional who is passionate about innovative teaching, interdisciplinary learning, and student success.
The role is responsible for teaching MA students across multiple design and craft-focused programmes. You'll deliver subject-specific seminars and tutorials within a shared postgraduate curricular framework, supporting student-led projects and interdisciplinary learning. We’re looking for a candidate with creative and professional expertise in contemporary craft and material-led practices—such as ceramics, glass, wood, biomaterials, or other natural/synthetic materials—who can contribute to both practice and critical discourse in the field.
