Interested in the intersection of Humanities and the digital world? The School of Anthropology & Museum Ethnography is seeking a Community and Project Manager to join a new project: Data/Culture. Building Sustainable Communities around Arts and Humanities datasets and software.
This is a broad role combining the nurturing of stakeholder communities with all aspects of research project management. It is suited to a self-organising team-player, who has some experience of working in, and/or supporting, open and collaborative research, open source software, or participatory and community-led co-creation.
You will play an integral role in furthering the project’s research agenda by organising and co-leading stakeholder events, skills workshops, and matchmaking events between Research Software Engineers and Arts and Humanities researchers. You will ensure the smooth running of the project, managing financial administration and funder compliance.
Requests for flexible working will be accommodated wherever possible. Job-sharing can also be considered.
