This role is offered on a full time or part time basis.
Oxford Brookes is a leading modern institution with big ambitions. We are seeking to increase our global footprint, broaden access to an Oxford Brookes education, and further enhance our reputation as a leading global University.
The Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement Directorate works to advance the profile and reputation of Oxford Brookes University, as well as support the strategic recruitment of students. We are seeking an Admissions Associate to join our Admissions Office, a key part of the student recruitment journey at Oxford Brookes University.
The Admissions Office plays a vital role in achieving the University’s objectives by ensuring a fair, efficient, and transparent admissions process that provides equitable access to students with the potential to succeed. As an Admissions Associate, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of admissions decisions for both undergraduate and postgraduate taught courses. You will assess applications using professional knowledge of qualifications and relevant assessment frameworks, considering applicants' academic, experiential, and contextual backgrounds. Working within the Admissions Operations team, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional applicant experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
You will be joining a highly motivated and supportive team, with flexibility to split time between home and the office. The team is based in our recently refurbished offices on our Headington Campus, joining our colleagues who work approximately two days a week in the office and the remainder at home. The agile workspace is designed to offer various styles of working, such as collaborative spaces, hybrid meeting spaces, individual workstations and a more relaxed setting of comfy sofas.
We know that sometimes people can be put off applying for a job, but we realise the 'perfect candidate' doesn't exist. So, if you are excited about working for us, go ahead and apply. You could be exactly what we need.
As part of the application process all applicants are required to complete our online application form by clicking on the “Apply for Job” button on the Oxford Brookes vacancy page. You will be routed to this when you click on the above “Apply” button.
