Applications are invited for a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in Analysis of Analysis of Partial Differential Equations (PDE) with experience in the study of eigenfunctions of elliptic differential operators. The post is funded by UKRI project Understanding Hot Spots conjecture for planar domains led by Dr Sugata Mondal.
About you
The successful candidate will have a PhD (or shortly expected to obtain) in Mathematics. Preferred areas of expertise include but not limited to Analysis of PDE, Geometric Analysis, Spectral Geometry. A prior work experience in the study of eigenfunctions of elliptic differential operators is desirable.
