We are seeking to recruit a Lead Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to the Oxford Trauma and Emergency Care research team, providing support to a large team of 60+ individuals, including academic and research staff, ensuring smooth operations and improving processes for greater efficiency. You will work independently to manage, guide and supervise junior staff, and take initiative in resolving complex administrative matters. You will take the lead on communications activities, (including social media and website updates), financial reporting and working with members of the public.

You will provide advice and guidance to colleagues and key stakeholders in relation to administrative processes and procedures in line with University regulations, policies and procedures. You will assist with setting standards for the delivery of the administrative service, monitoring effectiveness and making improvements to operational effectiveness and the quality of the service provision.
