Are you a highly organised, proactive, and meticulous individual looking for a challenging and rewarding role. The School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Project Co-ordinator to provide essential support for the school Research groups.
In this role you will be essential to the smooth running and efficient delivery of the research project. You will provide comprehensive clerical support for regular leadership and committee meetings, including the preparation of agendas and accurate recording of minutes. Help maintain accurate financial records, tracking project budgets and deliverables, and communicate timely updates and reports to the leadership team. Seamlessly manage and organise project events and meetings—both online and in-person. This includes identifying suitable venues, coordinating technology, and arranging catering, travel, and on-the-day support. Oversee and regularly update the project’s social media and website. Support the leadership team’s communication with funders and external partners. Maintain all necessary management information and records (e.g., timesheets, project documentation) to ensure readiness for reporting, audit purposes, and adherence to export control compliance.
