About the role
The Skills and Training Manager will create and deliver skills training and events in support of the aims of the Centres/Institutes assigned. This position requires a post-holder who can work flexibly and effectively with a wide range of people.
Subject to additional funding and capacity, this post will support other areas in addition to the IKC. Each Centre/Institute is likely to have a differently configured team, with team members working across multiple projects, therefore it is vital that the role holder is able to be flexible and adaptable.
