This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the School of Health Sciences at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. This role offers the chance to shape learning experiences and contribute to high-quality education working within an innovative, supportive and technology-enhanced teaching environment.

You will join a dynamic, collaborative and forward-thinking team delivering and developing our portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the field of Dietetics. There will also be opportunities to contribute to teaching, curriculum development and scholarship across the wider Division, School and University depending upon your experience and interests.

The School of Health Sciences hosts a vibrant range of professionally accredited programmes such as Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Dietetics, Therapeutic and Diagnostic Radiography, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy, Art Therapies, Speech and Hearing Science, Nursing and Paramedic Science. This diverse community creates rich opportunities for multi-professional and interdisciplinary education, practice and research – something we are proud to foster and continuously develop.

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Be registered with the HCPC as a Dietitian
  • Hold a post-graduate degree (or near completion) in an area relevant to Dietetics
  • Have broad experience working as a Dietitian in the UK in a variety of practice settings and fields
  • Have recent experience of student assessment and supporting learning, either in practice-based settings or in higher education
