We are currently piloting a four-day working week which allows our colleagues to work 32 hours over 4 days week with no reduction in pay. ABOUT THE TEAM AND THE ROLE
Join our dynamic Timetabling Team at the University of Sunderland in London, where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. This is a hands on role, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering an efficient and professional timetabling service that supports both students and staff. Working closely with colleagues across the University, you’ll lead a small team to produce accurate, timely timetables and ensure the smooth running of key processes that enhance the student experience. This is a hands-on role where your problem-solving skills and commitment to customer service will make a real impact. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with data, systems, and people, this is your opportunity to shape a service that underpins teaching and learning success.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring proven experience in a student support or service environment, along with a strong track record of leading teams and supporting colleagues. You’ll be confident in tackling challenges, solving problems, and managing competing priorities with ease. Familiarity with timetabling systems or student information systems is essential, as these tools will be key to delivering an exceptional experience for our staff and students.
