Leeds Arts University is the only specialist arts university in the North of England. We have contributed significantly to the development of arts education for over 170 years.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Operations, the post holder will join a small but busy Finance Team. You will carry out a range of duties as designated by the Head of Financial Operations, including recording the University’s income and expenditure, producing weekly bank reconciliations. and maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.
To be successful in obtaining this role, you will possess excellent communication skills and have substantial and relevant finance experience, including maintaining cashbooks, production of bank reconciliations and maintaining a Fixed Asset Register.
You should also hold an AAT level 4 qualification or be part-qualified with CIMA or ACCA.
