At the University of Worcester, we are committed to advancing healthcare education through innovative, simulation-based training. Our mission is to strengthen clinical skills and enhance simulation-based learning to improve patient outcomes by delivering high-quality, authentic educational experiences. In addition, we provide technical instructor support for healthcare courses delivered at our Dudley campus, ensuring consistency and excellence across all learning environments.

Your responsibilities will include demonstrating and maintaining specialist equipment, ensuring everything is in optimal condition for teaching and learning. In addition, you’ll provide a comprehensive programme of skills instruction that empowers learners to develop confidence and competence in real-world clinical practice.

If you’re enthusiastic, eager to share your expertise, and ready to take your career in a new direction, this is your chance to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to improving patient care through education.
