About the Role
As a CRM Administrator, you will play a key role in the administration and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 system across the business school. Your primary responsibilities will include managing Dynamics 365 Customer Insights journeys, creating and maintaining dashboards, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Dynamics 365 environment. You will respond to user queries and issues related to Dynamics 365, provide training and support to colleagues, and drive system improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
You will be responsible for maintaining system configurations, user permissions, and integrations, as well as monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. Using Dynamics 365 and related tools, you will analyse data to deliver actionable insights and create reports that support decisions across the organisation. You will work collaboratively, with various teams to understand business needs, implement solutions, and ensure Dynamics 365 aligns with organisational goals. You will also engage in proactive communication with stakeholders, provide excellent customer service, and build strong relationships across the Business School.
Ideal Candidate
Technical Expertise is required, with strong experience in administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems, including Customer Insights, journeys, dashboards, and workflows. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 admin tools, customisations, and system integrations.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills with ability to troubleshoot system issues, optimise workflows, and provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting within Dynamics 365.
Organisational Skills, ability to prioritise tasks, manage conflicting workloads, and meet deadlines effectively.
Customer Service is key, you will need a proactive and customer focused approach with strong interpersonal skills to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users at all levels.
Ability to work within a small specialist team, delegate tasks to relevant experts, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs.
Accuracy and attention to detail when managing system configurations, user permissions, and data analysis tasks.
