Turning Passion into Purpose. London South Bank University are excited to be recruiting for the post of Operations Manager, College of Society and Professions.
This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to play a key role in the College, leading operational excellence, contributing to business and strategic planning, and resource management. With the College Director of Operations, this role is responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality, efficient and effective support for teaching and research. The role will lead an enthusiastic and pivotal team of staff within the College.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Higher Education management, they will be highly motivated and well organised. They will have experience of line managing a team of staff. They will be confident leading and planning activity throughout the academic year in liaison with academic colleagues.
