The School of Cancer Sciences at the University of Glasgow is seeking an ambitious and motivated Research Fellow to join our world-leading cancer research community. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an early-career scientist to start their independent research career within one of the UK’s strongest cancer research environments.
About the role
You will develop an innovative research programme aligned with the School’s strategic priorities, working alongside internationally recognised investigators in tumour biology, immuno-oncology, precision medicine, and cancer genomics. You will be supported to drive forward high-impact research, publish in leading journals, and progress toward establishing a competitive, externally funded research portfolio.
What we offer
About you
You will be an emerging leader with a strong postdoctoral track record in cancer research, a clear vision for your independent programme, and the ambition to contribute to – and benefit from – a thriving cancer research ecosystem.
If you are driven to make a difference in cancer science and ready to establish yourself as an independent investigator within a supportive and world-class environment, we would be delighted to hear from you.
