About the Role
The Department of Education at the University of Oxford wishes to appoint a part-time Research Assistant to work on a small project investigating anti-bullying policies in special schools, reporting to the Principal Investigator Dr Caitlin Murray and Co-Investigator Dr Julia Badger. The post holder is a member of a research group with responsibility for the provision of research support for a small project on the current evidence and practice for anti-bullying policies for children and young people with special educational needs, and will be a member of the Child Development and Learning research group in the Department of Education.
The main duties of the postholder will be organising and supporting advisory groups with educators to adapt a checklist to review anti-bullying policies in special schools, conducting an analysis of special school anti-bullying policies, and writing up and disseminating the findings.
