Wadham College, one of the largest Oxford colleges, is looking to recruit a permanent, full time Academic Support Administrator from. The postholder will ensure the delivery of high-quality academic and pastoral support for the College’s graduate and undergraduate students, primarily through providing administrative support to the Academic Office, College Officers, and the Committees they serve
Salary: £33,951 pa to £39,906 pa, (discretionary to £43,482 pa), depending on skills and experience (Grade 6 of the University Salary Scale). Wadham College also pays full-time staff a further £1,730 Oxford Weighting per annum

This is a varied and challenging role, and the post holder needs to be able to handle many different duties simultaneously, making sure routine requirements are dealt with accurately and efficiently, whilst also keeping an eye on the broader picture and possibilities for improvement. The post holder should have previous experience in a similar role or administrative environment, good interpersonal skills, be organised and have excellent communication skills.
The working hours are: 37.5 hours a week, normally Monday to Friday, as well as some occasional evening and weekend work.
